These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between doog11 and each individual who registers an account, accesses the website at doog11.net, uses any service made available thereon, or otherwise interacts with the doog11 platform in any capacity. These Terms apply to all betting, casino gaming, live casino, crash games, slots, promotional activities, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support interactions conducted through doog11.

By registering an account or using any doog11 service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person of legal age as determined by your country of residence, and in no case below 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing doog11 voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party; (c) the funds you deposit on doog11 are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity; (d) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; and (e) you have not previously been excluded from doog11 or any other gambling platform for any reason.

Any translation, summary, or paraphrase of these Terms provided for convenience does not override the English text. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency, the English-language version shall prevail.

References to ৳ in these Terms denote Bangladeshi Taka. doog11 offers cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and other gaming products provided by third-party software studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on doog11. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact doog11 support immediately.

When registering a doog11 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are 18 or older, and a secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify doog11 of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your doog11 login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. doog11 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held liable for all such activity, whether authorised by you or not.

If you suspect that your doog11 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that we can take appropriate protective action, including temporary account suspension pending investigation. doog11 recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from their account security settings to provide an additional layer of protection.

doog11 offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, as well as cultural occasions including Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the doog11 promotions page at the time the offer is made available and supplement these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all doog11 promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the offer.
• One bonus per account: Each promotion may only be claimed once per registered doog11 account, per household address, and per shared payment method (e.g., bKash number). Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via different accounts constitute abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Bonus validity: Bonus funds and free bet credits have a defined validity period. Unused bonuses that expire within the validity window are automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific game contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

doog11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already fulfilled part of the wagering requirement, doog11 will endeavour to honour a pro-rated benefit where technically possible, at its sole discretion.

doog11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if doog11 determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is believed to be operated by a minor under the age of 18.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected in connection with the account.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request has been received requiring the restriction or closure of the account.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, doog11 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where an account is closed at the user's own request (voluntary closure), any genuine remaining balance will be returned to the user's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of identity verification and provided no ongoing investigation is pending.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their doog11 account should contact support via live chat or email at [email protected]. doog11 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days. If a user is closing their account for responsible gaming reasons, doog11 strongly recommends activating self-exclusion via account settings before requesting closure, to ensure the account cannot be reopened inadvertently.
